To help us offer appointments as soon as possible to as many people as possible, please cancel any appointments you no longer require.
Telephone the surgery on 01253 957 300. as soon as you know you no longer need your appointment in order for it to be cancelled.
You can also cancel appointments online (provided you have registered first) through the app or website that you used to book it.
If you have a mobile phone, you will also have a text message reminder sent to you 2 weeks and then 2 days before your appointment. You can use the CANCEL facility via this SMS reminder system to cancel an appointment.
Non Attendance of Appointments
Patients have a duty to keep booked appointments. Failure to do so results in wasted doctor time. Please cancel your appointment so that it may be offered to someone else. If you consistently waste doctors and nurses time you may be removed from our list.
