We are very proud to announce that the group received a high commendation this year at the Fylde Coast PPG Awards. They have so many plans to help our patient population and would love to have help from new members.
On the recommendation of our PPG we recorded a shorter ‘hold’ message whilst our patients wait for the next available team member. We also added an additional option for those patients wanting additional information on the extended access service without having to wait for a team member.
We have invited Your Move into the Practice in order to help our patients get fit and healthy through diet and exercise and the PPG have been instrumental in promoting self care for our patient population.
The PPG attended the annual flu clinics and gathered feedback by speaking to our patient population.
A member of our PPG suggested that the Lytham St Annes area should have a map of defibrillators for residents and visitors and this has now been published for all to see.
